Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort Rates 2012

Winter Rate:  January 1 - April 30, 2012, December 1 - December 31, 2012

 Shoulder Season Rate:  May 1 -31, 2012, October 1 – November 30, 2012

Summer Rates:  June 1 – September 30, 2012

**The Dates for Special Event and Holiday Weekend Are: 6/7 – 6/9, 7/4 – 7/14, 9/1 – 9/3. A three day minimum stay and a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required.  There are no weekly rates during Special Event and Holidays.  Good Sam discounts of 10% are offered except for Special Event and Holiday Weekends.

**All rates are for 2 person occupancy and include 50 amp electrical service, water, sewer and daily trash removal from site. Extra children (age 6- 16 ) in the party are charged at $2 per child, per night. All additonal people aged 17 and over will be charged at $6 per person, per night.  Maximum occupancy per site is 6 people and 2 pets.

**Maximum 2 vehicles are allowed per site of which only one may be a RV.
**An 8% Room & Lodging Tax is added to all stays under 30 days.
**All Rates are subject to change without notice.

**Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Deposit Required on All Reservations. For Special Event and Holiday Weekend there is a $100 non-refundable deposit. All other reservations will be charged a deposit equivalent to one-night fee. Reservations cancelled later than 48 hours before arrival will forfeit their entire deposit. There is an administration fee of $10 that applies on all cancellation prior to 48 hours of check-in date. We are sorry but there is NO REFUND for EARLY DEPARTURE.
