- 1. How do I make a reservation at your RV Park?
|
- Complete the Contact Us form on our website or call (541) 549-3021. We do not have online reservations. See Monthly Reservation FAQs for reservation requests greater than 30 days.

- 2. Do you require a deposit when booking a reservation?
|
- Yes. Reservations 1-6 days will be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay, and 7 days or more will be charged a deposit of $150.
|
- 3. What is included in your RV rates?
|
- -Rates are for 2-person occupancy and 2 pets
- -All sites are FHU with 30- & 50-Amp service
|
- 4. Is there an additional fee for additional people?
|
- Yes. Children 5 and under are free. Children (6-16) are $4/day, and adults ages 17 and over are $10/day.
|
- 5. Are there additional fees or taxes not included in your rates?
|
- Yes. There is an 8% County Tax and a 1.5% State Lodging Tax per nigh. A total of 9.5% in taxes.

- 6. Do you offer discounts?
|
- Yes. We offer a 10% discount for Good Sam, Military, and 1st Responders
|
- 7. What are your check-in and check-out times?
|
- Check-in is at 2 p.m., and check-out is 12 p.m.
|
- 8. What is your check-in procedure?
|
- Upon arrival, all guests are kindly requested to proceed to our campground office for check-in. At this point, they'll finalize any remaining payments, collect their information package, and then be personally guided to their designated site by our team.

- 9. Do you have an after-hours arrival procedure?
|
- Yes. After-hours instructions will be provided on the day of your reservation.
|
- 10. Do you offer late check-out?
|
- Yes, no later than 1 p.m. Must be authorized by the office in advance. Additional fee of $10.00/hour apply.
|
- 11. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
|
- No, our standard policy does not enforce minimum stays. However for Rodeo reservations, we do have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.
|
- 12. Can I request a specific RV site or location?
|
- While we don't guarantee specific site numbers, we make every effort to honor requests for preferences like satellite-friendly spots, shaded areas, or pull-through locations.

- 1. What is your cancellation policy for RV and Cabins?
|
- -For reservations lasting between 1 to 6 days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
- -For reservations 7+ days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

- 2. What is your cancellation policy for Cottages (Park Model)?
|
- -A $50 cancel fee applies to all cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
- -Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

- 3. Do you offer a refund if I need to depart early?
|
- There are no refunds for early departure.
|
- 4. Can I modify or change my reservation after booking?
|
- You're welcome to adjust or alter your reservation after making it. However, please note that modifying the dates of an existing reservation is subject to minimum notice requirements (48 hours).

MONTHLY RESERVATION FAQs: |
- 1. Do you offer year-round RV sites?
|
- No. We do not have the availability to do a full year stay in our park. Our monthly stays run from October through May, and monthly rates are not available June-August.
|
- 2. How do I make a monthly reservation at your RV park?
|
- Fill out our Monthly Application form. Our management team will carefully review your application and typically reach out to you within 24 hours.
|
- 3. Do you require a deposit when booking a monthly reservation?
|
- Yes. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. $100 of that deposit will be applied upon arrival, the other $100 will be released at the end of your stay.
|
- 4. Are there additional fees or charges for Monthly reservations?
|
- -Pets require a $100 non-refundable pet fee
- -Electricity is calculated at the end of each month either via metered reading or a flat rate of $95/month.
|
- 5. Do you offer discounts on monthly reservations?
|
- No. There are no additional discounts available for monthly rates.
|
- 6. What is your cancellation policy for a monthly reservation?
|
- -A $50 cancel fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled 2 or more weeks before the arrival date.
- -Monthly cancellations that are within 2 weeks of the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

- Yes. Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash when outside of the RV and they must be kept under control and never unattended.
|
- 2. Can we bring dog fences and/or cages?
|
- Yes. Cages and fences are permitted on the pavement or pavers in RV sites, but not on the grass.
|
- 3. Do you have any dog breed restrictions?
|
- We don't have any specific dog-breed restrictions. However, we do ask that your dog be non-aggressive and well-behaved while in the RV park.
|
- 4. Are there designated pet-friendly areas in the park?
|
- Yes. We have a small fenced off area in the park, and the Sisters Rodeo grounds as our extended pet walk.
|
- 5. Do you allow pets in the cabins/cottages?
|

FACILITIES AND AMENITIES FAQs: |
- 1. What amenities are available at your RV Park?
|
|
- 2. Are there laundry facilities on-site?
|
- Yes. We have a coin-operated washers/dryers. The cost is $2 per wash and dry. We have quarters available in the office.
|

- We offer Wi-Fi access; however, please note that the reliability of the service may vary. We recommend considering alternative options such as bringing your satellite or hotspot for a more reliable level of access based on your needs.

GENERAL PARK POLICY FAQs: |
- 1. What are your quiet hours?

- 2. Do you allow wood campfires?
|
- Yes. A campfire ring is available on each site.
|
- 3. Can we bring a portable propane gas fire pit?
|
- Yes. It must be used on pavers or concrete, not on the grass.
|
- 4. Can I bring my own coal or gas grill?
|
|
- 5. Do you have a BBQ grill available for rent?
|
- Yes, we have a regular-sized BBQ available for rent on the patio near the pool. Please contact the office for details.

- 6. Can we bring a volleyball net
|
- Yes. You're welcome to bring a volleyball net, but you must seek prior approval from the management and confirm the designated location for setting it up. Please reach out to the office for further discussion and approval.

- 7. Do you allow motorized bikes and scooters?
|
- Yes. Guests must follow the 5 MPH speed limit within the park.
|
- 8. Do you offer tent camping?
|

- Yes, however, no stakes are allowed in the ground. Weights are a good alternative.

- 1. What size RV can your park accommodate?
|
- Our park can accommodate most sizes of RVs. Our sites typically range from 52 feet to 80 feet, with the majority falling around the 60-foot range.

- 2. Is there a limit on the age of RVs permitted in the park?
|
- No. There are no age restrictions for RVs in our park. However, we do require that all vehicles are fully functional, and for monthly stays, we ask for prior approval of the RV before confirmation.

- 3. Do you have satellite friendly sites?
|

- 4. Do you have pull-throughs available?
|
- Yes. Most of our sites are pull-throughs.

- 1. Do you accommodate group bookings or rallies?

- 2. Are there facilities to host events or gatherings?

- Yes. While we don't have a dedicated indoor space for events, we do offer a covered tent located by the pool patio area that can be reserved for group gatherings. This space includes power access and can comfortably accommodate seating for approximately 45 people.

- No special rates or amenities for groups; regular rates apply.

- 4. How far in advance should I book for a large group stay?
|
- We suggest booking group stay as far in advance as you can. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
