All rates are for 2 person occupancy and include 50 amp electrical service, water, sewer and daily trash removal from site. Extra children (age 6- 16 ) in the party are charged at $4 per child, per night. All additonal people aged 17 and over will be charged at $10 per person, per night. $10 per person, per night during Sisters Rodeo. Maximum occupancy per site is 6 people and 2 pets, exeptions may be made subject to management's advance approval.
Membership discounts accepted: Good Sam, AAA, AARP, KOA
Maximum 2 vehicles are allowed per site of which only one may be a RV, a $5. per night charge is assessed for extra vehicles.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Deposit Required on All Reservations. For Special Event and Holiday Weekend there is a $100 non-refundable deposit. All other reservations will be charged a deposit equivalent to one-night fee. Reservations cancelled later than 48 hours before arrival will forfeit their entire deposit. There is an administration fee of $10 that applies on all cancellation prior to 48 hours of check-in date. We are sorry but there is NO REFUND for EARLY DEPARTURE.
Monthly rentals require a $100.00 electric deposit and, for renters with pets - a $100.00 pet non refundable pet fee. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation occures two or more weeks prior to reserved dates with a $100.00 cancellation fee charged if cancelled within 13 days prior to reserved dates.
